Healthy food are extremely good our healthy as they are loaded

with vitamins and other nutrients that are essential for our growth.

Above all, access to sufficient amount of safe and nutritious food is  key to sustaining life and promoting good health.Unfortunately, 

the unsafe food contains harmful bacteria, viruses, parasites or 

chemicals substances causes more than 200 diseases ranging diarrhoea to cancer.

According to research, unsafe food cause the deaths 2 million people annually including a number of children under 5 years 

age carry 40% of food borne diseases burden, with 150,000

deaths each years. I request all of you to provide health food

to the people of the world.

In this unjust society, lying and corruption are possible to keep up.There are several people in this country whose entire life is a lie, but they are acceptable. i personally know many people of integrity who preferred to quit this country.

   The old saying that 'honesty is the best policy' has no relevance in today's society. The message 

is clear. People love lying and corruption and hate the truth.
